OUR STORY

  • SETTING THE
    FOUNDATION FOR
    WHERE YOU WANT
    TO BE.

For the past 35 years Atria Development has been redeveloping properties for residential, commercial and industrial use across the GTA, particularly in Toronto’s downtown eastern core. Our ventures include the challenging but rewarding task of converting abandoned buildings into affordable, functional studio lofts, where artists, photographers and those in the film industry can live and work. We have a long and proud history of spotting potential and breathing new life into neglected buildings and overlooked neighbourhoods.

  • LEADING BY
    EXAMPLE.

Atria Development Corp. has a strong management team, led by brothers Hans Jain and Vipin Jain. The Jain family has long been a part of the development fabric in the Greater Toronto Area. Gyan Chand Jain, the family patriarch, arrived in Canada in 1964 and started developing in Toronto in 1969. His sons founded Atria to continue a tradition of revitalizing communities, by building new projects and repurposing existing structures.
